31 December 2007, a Monday, was my last day of work in Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad. Had been a Safety, Health and Rnvironment Manager for more than 15 years. It was the closing of my working life in a Brewery and the start of another chapter in my journey through life. I hope it will be as fruitful as the previous period.
I would like to do some travelling within Malaysia. I didn't have much time before this to get to know this country of my birth. Motorcyling around Malaysia was my dream that I kept within myself since I last own a Yamaha 75 kapchai. That was more than 30 years ago and it was a cheap form of transportation for an apprentice in a tin-dredging company, Austral Amalgamated Tin Berhad in Tanjong Tuallang (Perak).
I now have a Yamaha Drag Star 650 and have done some riding to Genting Highlands and to the historical city of Malacca with a group of newly met friends on Yamaha Virago 535s.
